A company is only as good as its people, which is something Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) has been familiar with over the years. This technology giant has always had the best staff, from top to bottom, which has gone a long way in helping it achieve great success over the years.

Year after year, it is important for tech companies, including Microsoft, to bring on new talent and develop the personnel that is already on staff. By doing so, it is possible to ensure that top notch workers are always in the pipeline.

When Satya Nadella took to San Francisco for the Office for iPad launch event, all eyes were on him. The jury is still out on the new CEO, with many wondering if he has what it takes to move Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) onto bigger and better things.

Then Something Happened…

Somewhere along the line, Nadella lost the show and everybody began to pay attention to his co-presenter, Julia White.

As the general manager of product marketing for Office, it is safe to assume that she knows this new product inside and out. And if you did not assume this before the event, after her time on stage it is easy to believe it now.

From her energy to her style to her composure, there is nothing about White that came up short. In fact, many people are chatting about her current standing with the company and what the future holds.

Not a Newcomer to Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT)

Just because you have never heard of White does not mean she is a newcomer to the company. In fact, she has been working for Microsoft for 13 years, showing that she truly believes in what the company stands for. Best yet, she is not the type who is going to sit back and fight to keep things the way they have always been. She has grown with the company, and continues to innovate in a variety of ways, showing that she is ready to embrace the future of technology.

Everybody wants to look forward to the next product from Microsoft and other tech companies, wondering if it will be something that changes an industry forever. But before a product ever makes its way to market, there are many people putting in countless hours behind the scenes.

For Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT), Julia White is one of these people – and she is no longer a secret to the world.
